I would highly recommend Awnings Unlimited on the work that was done at my site. The crew (Mario & Diego) was very knowledgeable, professional and courteous and listened to all of my request. The salesman (Roger) was very willing to come to my site and answer all my questions I had concerning this project. Before this project got started I called their scheduler (Anthony) and he was very responsive in his follow through on getting this task started from start to end. I would recommend this company for all awning related projects as they are truly professionals in what they do. We are incredibly impressed with the awning we received from Awning Unlimited! We were on the fence on if we wanted a retractable awning, or a permanent structure. Once we decided we wanted a permanent structure it was an easy choice to choose Awning Unlimited. They were the only company who were offering a lattice feature which really dresses up the awning as a whole. They installed in a day and a half and cleaned up after themselves. There was a miscommunication between what we had discussed with the sales rep and how the installers installed our awning while we were away. Awnings Unlimited worked with us (through multiple bad weather days and reschedules) to take down and reinstall the awning as we wanted it. Very glad that they would work with us to correct the issue, and very satisfied with the final product!

I have a friend and brother that booth had large awnings installed over their patios. The wife and I wanted a pitched awning placed over our back porch to keep the snow and sun off. The sales representative came out to the house and provided us with a bid on schedule. A week after the initial visit I had some concerns on the design. The sales representative (Roger Faircloth) came back to the house and set my mind at ease. The installers showed up on time and did a great job. I would recommend to the installers to be careful laying supplies on a lawn during hot summer days. The grass dried out but did return after two weeks. I recommend this company
