Are you licensed and insured?
Yes, we are licensed and insured. We can provide documentation upon request.
What is your lead time for installations?
How long will the installation take?
Installation generally takes between 1 and 3 days. Larger or more complex installs may take a bit longer, but in most cases your awning will be installed in 1 day, making it a quick and smooth process.
What type of warranty do you provide?
Our products come with a limited lifetime warranty, along with a 5-year labor warranty that covers leaks and other related issues.
What is your pricing?
Cost depends on the style and size of your cover since each one is custom built to your needs. For this reason, there is a wide range in the average cost. We will need to do an on-site evaluation to give you accurate pricing.
Is there a better time to buy?
The best time to purchase is now. Prices will only go up from here. With tariffs and an uncertain world market, waiting will almost guarantee a higher price.
Do you offer free estimates?

Is financing available for my project?

Do you install RV Awnings or fabric awnings?
No, we do not offer patio or rv retractable covers at this time.
Is there an easy way to clean out the gutter?
We offer two different types of gutters. The first is your standard gutter that has been around for the last 60 years. This is the less expensive option but comes with one major downside: You can’t clean these gutters without first taking them down.
Our second option is an extruded gutter. This allows you to clean your gutters much easier and allows us to install a leaf guard if you’d like. We view this as an upgrade and highly recommend it.
Can you help me with a bigger or smaller project?
At Awnings Unlimited, we’ve handled small, straightforward installations as well as large custom awnings with ornate details. Big or small, we will work with you to make sure the end result is something you love that matches your home and budget.
Will a patio cover help reduce utility costs?
